Working methods

Two configurations, available in 3 options:

  • Administrator creates and assigns tasks
  • Administrator creates tasks, members choose and reserve time slots
  • A combination of the two

On the one hand, the administrator (employer, organizer, etc.) creates a list of tasks with defined time slots, which can then be assigned to staff members by simple click

Alternatively, once these tasks have been created, staff members can view them and register for one or more of them, thanks to a reservation system with shopping cart.

Combining the two methods: some tasks are tasks are assigned, while others are left to the free choice of staff members.
